It’s Development
It took four years of feasibility studies and methodical planning before the project was initiated after it was ensured that the islands would not cause harm to the environment. The first stage of The Palm Islands development involved sand transfer and rock placement including the construction of the land foundation. The next stage involved the construction of infrastructure and services along with the construction of 300 meter (990 feet) bridges connecting the islands to the mainland. The last stage involved construction of apartments, homes and townhouses. 
The Palm, Jumeirah - Dubai
The Jumeirah Palm Island was constructed primarily to provide a residential area for relaxation, leisure and living.
